This Privacy Policy explains how Durge Dental Clinic ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use our website (durgedental.com) and our Android application (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this policy.

We only collect information you choose to give us, namely:
- Appointment & contact details — your name, phone number, email (optional), preferred area, date/time and any message you type when you book an appointment, request a call back, or send an enquiry.
- Chat messages — text you send to our in-app assistant so we can answer your dental questions.
- Basic technical data — standard server logs (such as approximate region and device/browser type) used to keep the Service secure and working. We do not use advertising trackers or sell data.
We do not collect medical records, payment card numbers, precise GPS location, contacts, photos, or any data in the background. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
2. How we use it
- To schedule, confirm and manage your dental appointments.
- To respond to your calls, messages and enquiries.
- To provide and improve the Service and keep it secure.
We never sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. How information is stored & shared
Your data is processed through our hosting and email providers (for example Cloudflare for hosting and email delivery services) solely to operate the Service. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. We may disclose information only if required by law.
4. Data retention
We keep appointment and enquiry details only as long as needed to provide care and for legitimate clinic record-keeping, after which they are deleted or anonymised. You may ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).
5. Your choices & rights
- You can request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
- You can decline to provide details — though we may then be unable to book your appointment.
- You can uninstall the app at any time to stop further data collection.
6. Medical disclaimer
The Service helps you contact the clinic and book appointments. Any general information or chatbot reply is for convenience only and is not a substitute for professional dental or medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. In an emergency, call the clinic or your local emergency number.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
